Sun Light

Sing softly to me,
I love the way you are,
Walking so gently,
Smiling so near.

I like the way the stars are shining,
The way they glisten shimmering like,
The hills rise up,
Mysterious in the fading light.

My breath is taken away,
For you are beside me,
And I realize how beautiful you are,
And how happy I feel.

For now you see me,
For how long I wonder,
For that may change,
And pass away,
As does the fading light,
Into the darkest night.
